Every year there are three different case choice’s with each a focus on a different econometric specialization. The three possible specialization are Operations Research Quantitative Logistics, Quantitative Finance and Quantitative Marketing.

Participating in a Case Choice is a great way of gaining experience with the different fields of econometrics and will help you later on when you have to decide which major specialization to choose if you are a second year’s student and a great way to meet possible employers if you are a master student. At every case choice there will be two companies who will first give presentations about their companies. After the presentations the companies will have examples of problems that they will ask you to solve.
